Token Launch
As most of you will now know, the $WRKX Token was officially listed with MEXC on 1st November 2023!
On launch day we reached a high price of $0.024, a 386% increase in price action!
It was also the ‘Top Gainer’ throughout the day on the exchange:
Since launch we have averaged around $200k USD per day in trading volume with the price averaging around $0.008.
We expect the price to continue fluctuating over the coming weeks and months which is normal for a new launched token.
We are already in discussions with a number of additional exchanges that we plan to look to launch with in 2024.
Since launching, the token has now been listed with:
• CoinCarp
The strategy now is to boost marketing activities to bring new buyers to the project and token.
Team Updates
Sharro Jethu: will be joining the team as a Strategic Advisor – Sharro is a founder of multiple businesses, a strong networker and is based in Dubai. We are extremely excited to have Sharro on the team.
Jason Boardman: will be joining the team as Business Development Executive for the UAE. Jason has recently gained his Executive MBA from Eaton Business School, speaks both English and Arabic and is based out of Abu Dhabi.
Event Updates
After an extremely busy October for Events, November slows down a little, with just the one event that our CEO, Adam Leese will attend:
Web Summit 2024 in Lisbon, Portugal.
Product Updates
eCommerce Platform Update – We are pleased to announce that the Token Gating functionality for both Shopify and WooCommerce has now been completed. This will allow brands and retailers to add to their Digital Collectibles:
• Fixed or Percentage Price Discounts
• Access to Hidden/Exclusive/Discounted Products
The team is now focusing our efforts on improving the user interface and journey with the aim of fully launching the products in January 2024.
Consumer App Update – The team has been busy working on the new version of the Asset Workx App. There are some important changes and updates to the app that will include:
• Simple Single Sign On (Register/Login with Google, Facebook, Twitter etc)
• Auto Creates the user a Wallet if they don’t have one
• Refer Friends & Earn WRKX Tokens
• Profile including your WRKX Membership Level
• View your Digital Collectible Vouchers
• Buy, Sell, Share & Swap Digital Collectible Vouchers (coming soon)
The target for the update of the App will also be January 2024.
Company Updates
We are pleased to announce a further expansion of our operations in the UAE with the incorporation of WORKX HOLDINGS LIMITED within the prestigious
Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM).
ADGM is recognised as one of the premier economic cities for international business in the world. It operates across Al Maryah Island and Al Reem Island, an area of 14.38 million sqm, making it one of the largest financial districts in the world.
Abu Dhabi Global Market offers an attractive value proposition for VCs looking to invest in UAE-based startups and beyond.
WORKX HOLDINGS LIMITED has been set up to be the main holding company of the business and will be used as the main investment vehicle as the business expands over the next few years.
Educational Series
As we move into what looks to be the ‘Bull Market’ and next crypto cycle, knowledge and education is key when it comes to developing your strategy for topping up your crypto bags, taking profits and more.
With this in mind, the NFT Workx marketing team will be doing a series of Educational emails over the coming weeks and months to help increase your understanding of this sometimes complicated subject.
Our aim is to keep it simple and explain things clearly, supported by some external videos and articles. So keep an eye out for these emails and level up your knowledge! 🙂
