Solana BuildExpress: Manchester
NFT Workx was recently invited to attend BuildExpress: Manchester, Hosted by SuperteamUK ~ Powered by Solana! The day included technical and non-technical workshops by seasoned industry professionals followed by the Pitch Challenge: Where we had to step into the spotlight and present our project to their esteemed panel of judges.
And guess who won??? Yes – NFT Workx!!!
The judges Evaluation Criteria was as follows:
- Are you solving a real problem with users begging for a solution? ✅
- Do you have a proper problem-market fit? ✅
- Did you leave us with FOMO? ✅
- Was your pitch engaging? ✅
We now get entered into the UK grand final of the Solana pitching competition in April!!!
Manchester Blockchain Alliance UK & Ireland Meetup
Yet another super successful event from Manchester Blockchain Alliance! It was great to have Blockchain Ireland and Blockchain Scotland in attendance, helping to build a strengthening ecosystem here in the UK.
As always, lots of interesting talks, panels and of course people!

Interview with Alex Dreyfus – CEO Chilliz / Socios
I also had the pleasure of completing the 3rd VentureBeat executive roundtable interview this time with the CEO of Chilliz, Alex Dreyfus.
Chiliz, was founded in 2018 and is a blockchain provider focused on the sports and entertainment industry. With customers such as Paris Saint Germain, Juventus, Barcelona and The UFC, Alex has some really interesting insights into Web3 and Sports.

Product Updates
We are pleased to confirm that the eCommerce Platform is ready!!! All development work for this phase of the project is complete!
- Shopify Application is underway and will be submitted over the coming weeks for approval
- We will start to add a number of test stores during March
- The next 2 months will be focused on test customers and client feedback
Web APP
Our new “Web3 App” was submitted to both Apple and Android App stores for approval but we’ve had to modify and fix a number of items as requested by the platforms.
This work is currently underway and we expect to resubmit in the next 2-3 weeks. A slight delay but something that is out of our hands.
