This Refund Policy (Policy) sets out the terms and situations where we may offer you a refund for any of the services we offer through our Platforms, along with how to request a refund. 

Refund Eligibility

Like all licensed software solutions, payments made for our services are generally non-refundable. That being said, ensuring our customers and partners are satisfied is our number one priority and we understand the need to provide you with a refund from time to time to ensure this satisfaction. 

We will offer you a refund in the following situations: 

  • At our discretion: If you feel like we’ve missed the mark or otherwise not done what we said we would, please contact us to discuss the issuance of a refund. We reserve the right to offer refunds at our discretion, based on the assessment of each individual case. We aim to operate fairly and reasonably in our assessment and decision-making process.
  • Upon our termination: If we choose to terminate your subscription to any of our Platforms, as we reserve the right to do so in accordance with our Terms of Service, we will refund you for any prepaid subscription fees on a prorated basis.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Except for the situations outlined above, all subscription fees or other charges paid to us for any service offered through our Platforms are non-refundable, including:  

  • If you change your mind
  • If you don’t use the service(s) we provide 
  • If your subscription is only partially used or you use only some of the features offered
  • If your subscription is cancelled due to a breach of our Terms of Service
  • Fees related to any set-up or customization of our service


Processing of Refunds

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] who will guide you through the process and request any necessary information to assess and process your refund.  

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 20 business days and be refunded to the payment method you initially chose to purchase our services.  

Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. We recommend that you review this Policy periodically and before making any purchase through our Platforms.
